RailModeller Pro 5.2.3 featuring a new virtual saw tool
The new RailModeller Pro 5.2.3 update introduces a virtual saw tool for shortening tracks in the layout:
Plain straight and curved tracks, free form flex tracks and flex tracks bent to a straight or curved track of specific length or angle can be shortened using the new tool by any desired amount.
When building model railroad layouts it is occasionally necessary to use a track of a particular length that is not available in the chosen track system. It is common practice to simply shorten manufactured tracks to create a fitting piece of track when building the actual, physical model train layout. The new tool now offers a way to do the same when planning layouts.
The latest update also features a number of improvements to the user interface and bug fixes as well as new and updated track libraries.
RailModeller Pro 5.2.3 is available exclusively on the Mac App Store.
Installed apps are updated automatically by the built-in Software Update feature of macOS.
